1. Development EvaluationTailor-made market and technical feasibility assessments for different product lines (cables, connectors, die castings, and mechanical parts); confirm performance targets and process feasibility.
2. Design Planning
Formulate product specifications based on customer requirements for product function and appearance, and conduct mold flow/mechanism analysis and process planning based on product requirements to ensure that the design direction and schedule are controllable.
3. Design Review
Review 2D/3D drawings and bill of materials, confirm critical dimensions (CTQ) and environmental regulations, and ensure that each product design meets manufacturing and assembly feasibility.
4. Design Verification
Conduct EVT/DVT, and conduct related tests such as electrical performance, environmental performance, and mechanical characteristics according to product requirements to verify that the design meets mass production quality requirements.
5. Preparation for mass production
After completing PVT and small-batch trial production, we will summarize FAI measurement results, electrical/mechanical/environmental life test reports, coating thickness and material certification, finalize BOM and process parameters, and release QC Plan; finally, the customer will sign the approval letter to ensure that the product is successfully introduced into the production line with mass production specifications and maintain a stable yield rate.
